It was nice meeting each other after the holiday break. We had some catching up to do and some planning to do for this year.
We talked about a couple of things. Culture, country, applying for a job, study, hobbies, and rental situation. And of course, we talked about practicing English more with the group, during the meetup and other activities.

Yesterday we went for a walk starting from the bike parking at 18 Septemberplein where we got to see the changes in Eindhoven city centrum throughout the years starting from 13th century.
Then we walked towards Catherina church that stands as one of the important historical landmarks of Eindhoven. It was quite something to be able to know about the history of Eindhoven and see those artifacts excavated over the years.
After that since we were a bit hungry, we decided to go for some fries. Prajitha Bijoy recommended @Pieperez (https://pieperz.eu/) and now we know why. 👍😋
All in all, it was a beautiful day, well spent walking under the warm weather in company of one another. It was so nice of you Carola Eijsenring to stop by. Happy that we could see you. 😘🤗

Sharing some pictures from today’s visit to Philips van Lennep Park. It was a bit chilly but with the sun out, it was nice to meet each other in person and surround ourselves with the heartwarming animals.
